Jawad Hussain, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Imaging specializing in Musculoskeletal Imaging.
After graduating from the University of Arizona with a with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cellular Biology, Dr. Hussain earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.
Dr. Hussain completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island in Mineola, NY. Following Residency, he completed a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Duke University. He is a current member of the American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Hussain commonly shares his time and expertise with the local community. He has been involved as a volunteer with the Foundation for Blind Children and has also volunteered at Wesley Clinic in Phoenix as a part of a healthcare team treating patients of low-income status.
When he is not working, Dr. Hussain enjoys playing basketball, hiking and golfing. He also enjoys videogaming and watching foreign dramas.
