To obtain access to the Health Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB), faculty, residents, fellows & staff will need to use their CatCard plus 4-digit pin.
- to create or change your access pin click here
If you need to obtain your CatCard
- contact the CatCard office located in the Student Union Room 142; office hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- provide an official ID (driver's license is recommended)
- fee ($25.00) should be waived for UArizona Faculty & Affiliates/ Banner employees (indicate that you are with the Department of Medical Imaging)
