Celebrate Diversity!

Join the College of Medicine - Tucson for a mixer to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This mixer will feature special guest, Dr. L.D. Britt. As the Henry Ford Professor and Edward J. Brickhouse Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Britt is the first African-American in the country to have an endowed chair in surgery. Dr. Britt is the author of approximately 230 peer-reviewed scientific publications. In addition, he has more than 60 chapters/non-peer-reviewed articles.
